Resourcefulness
As we sat around the campfire the other night, we reminisced about that one time Bardoc, our trusty sorcerer friend got himself turned into a frog (Yes, before you ask, this was not the first time.) Not having the resources or time to get him to proper clerical intervention, and though I didn't have any study in the magical arts myself, I rolled up my sleeves and dug into his magical tome to unravel the mystery. It took a couple tries (in which he was first turned a beautiful multi-colour, then subsequently started smoking an eerie purple-plume) but what seemed like an insurmountable problem, became a beautiful challenge which I finally unraveled and was able to turn poor old Bardoc back to (mostly) his quirky self.
Good times...
(But if we're speaking in realistic terms, I am quick to adept at taking a problem and running with it with little prompting or outside delegation. Having worked in both big and small teams for clients and customers of all types, I know the importance of being able to use what information available to me and maximizing that to achieveres goals. Whether that be finding the best solution for a particular client's needs, or reaching set objectives within tight time frames.
Having worked with clients on websites and online media, I know that it's often a case of hunting down the information and solutions I need on my own, then reporting to my client with found material so that there is as little work needed consumer-side as possible.)
